How we work
At J-Cubed Consulting, we take
a holistic approach to working with our clients as we firmly believe that the
training and development of staff cannot successfully take place in isolation.
At the beginning of a
project, we will invest time in meeting with you and discussing in depth your
specific training and development priorities, and learning as much as we can
about your organisation. This helps us to develop a training solution which is
right for your organisation.
The steps we will take are
outlined on the right. |

1. We will meet with you in order to define and
agree the training / development objectives and priorities for your
company. |

2. From this, we will produce an outline proposal, which we then discuss
and agree with you. |
|
3. We develop training material appropriate to the needs of the organisation, while taking into consideration the
business context, organisational culture and the profile of the learners. |
|
4. We will organise and deliver the training and / or development activities
either in the workplace or off-site. |
|
5. We will then hold a review meeting with you during which we will
evaluate the success of the learning activities and discuss follow-up training or
consultancy. |
